The liquid nature of the omega 3 fish oils means that this formula comes sealed on capsules – rather than the tablets that are rather more normal for Healthspan. 3 capsules daily are recommended, offering a total daily intake of 1200mg of glucosamine hydrochloride coupled with 300mg of omega 3. Be aware that fish oil is not considered vegan or vegetarian-friendly.
