The larger cousin to Joint Physio Plus (160) this pack boasts 320 tablets that combine a synergistic blend of glucosamine hydrochloride, MSM and chondroitin. Whilst some customers may find it frustrating that the pack recommends taking 3 tablets per day (many customers prefer a one-a-day supplement) the upside is that each tablet is reasonably small and therefore is very easy to swallow.
Taking the prescribed 3 tablets provides a generous 1200mg dose of glucosamine per dose – more than suitable for a large number of customers. For those requiring the ultimate in support, however, there are tablets and capsules currently on the market that offer daily doses of 1500mg and even higher.
